Anti-PML Protein Antibody [B3E9]

This Mouse monoclonal (B3E9) antibody to PML Protein is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western Blot (WB). The IgG1 isotype reagent is unconjugated, raised in Mouse, and reacts with Human samples. It is supplied in lyophilised form and reconstituted with double distilled water, with concentration being reconstitution dependent. The immunogen is recombinant partial human PML containing the ring finger domain.

Specificity covers normal PML proteins of lower molecular weight, as well as the high molecular weight PML/RARα chimeric protein found in promyelocytic leukemia patients. The antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilised from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.4. It ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
