Anti-PML Protein Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targeting PML Protein, raised against recombinant partial human PML, with the immunogen corresponding to a region that includes the B box1 domain. The antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and is supplied unconjugated, of IgG isotype, lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.4.

It recognises normal PML proteins of lower molecular weight as well as the high molecular weight PML/RARα chimeric protein found in promyelocytic leukemia patients. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications and reacts with human samples.

Concentration is reconstitution dependent. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitute with double distilled water prior to use.
