Anti-PML Protein Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PML Protein, supplied by Antibodies.com as a lyophilised preparation. The antibody is unconjugated, of isotype IgG, raised in rabbit, and validated for Western Blot (WB) applications with human samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant partial human PML protein containing the B box1 domain. The antibody recognises normal PML proteins of lower molecular weight, and also recognises the high molecular weight PML/RARa chimeric protein found in promyelocytic leukemia patients. It is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and supplied lyophilised from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.4.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reconstitution is carried out with double distilled water; final concentration is reconstitution dependent.
