Anti-PML (P39) Antibody

Antibodies.com provides this rabbit polyclonal antibody to PML (P39), supplied as an unconjugated reagent at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence applications including ICC/IF, and reacts with human samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal of human PML. The reagent detects endogenous levels of PML protein and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 98 kDa.
