Anti-PMEPA1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against PMEPA1 and supplied unconjugated. The primary antibody reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 173–252 of human PMEPA1 (NP_954638.1). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, with a lot-specific concentration. The target has a stated molecular weight of 37 kDa. A recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is provided. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
