Anti-PMCH Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to PMCH (MCH), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 22–165 of human PMCH (NP_002665.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 19 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

For Western blotting, a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
