Anti-PMAIP1 Antibody

Antibodies.com supplies this primary antibody as a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against PMAIP1, also known as Noxa. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a sequence within amino acids 1–54 of human PMAIP1 (NP_066950.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 14 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The antibody is provided as a liquid and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
