Anti-PLXNB1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PLXNB1 (Plexin B1), supplied in unconjugated form with an IgG isotype and purified by affinity chromatography.

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) on human and mouse samples, with a recommended dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000. In a representative Western blot image, the antibody was used at 1:1,000 dilution on 25 µg of lysate per lane, with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody applied at 1:10,000. Blocking was performed in 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST, detection used an ECL Basic Kit, and exposure time was 60 s. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 250–470 of human PLXNB1 (NP_002664.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 232 kDa.

The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
