PLXDC1 (also known as TEM7) is a cell surface glycoprotein frequently investigated in tumor vasculature, endothelial cell biology, and angiogenesis research, where it is widely used as a marker of tumor-associated neovasculature. Antibodies.com offers this rabbit polyclonal reagent, supplied as a 100 µl liquid at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3.
The unconjugated antibody is validated for western blot workflows and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting cross-species studies of PLXDC1 expression in cell lysates and tissue homogenates. For best results, store the vial refrigerated and protect from light; aliquot to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the antibody solution.
