Anti-PLTP Antibody

According to the manufacturer's datasheet, the immunogen used was recombinant full length Human PLTP, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of PLTP protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The observed molecular weight is ~54 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
