Anti-PLTP Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting PLTP, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. Validated for Western blot and reactive with human and mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 142–441 of human PLTP (NP_872617.1).

The antibody is provided in liquid form at a lot-specific concentration, in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is affinity purified and ships at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000, and the target has a molecular weight of 54 kDa.
