Anti-PLSCR1 Antibody

Raised against a recombinant fusion protein encompassing amino acids 1–318 of human Phospholipid Scramblase 1 (PLSCR1; NP_066928.1), the antibody recognises a target with a reported molecular weight of 35 kDa. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with immunofluorescence (IF) also listed among its reported uses, and is recommended for WB at dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
