A polyclonal antibody targeting PLK4, raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation. The reagent is validated for western blotting and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It is affinity purified and presented in liquid form.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 641-970 of human PLK4 (NP_055079.3). The antibody is supplied in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a molecular weight of 115 kDa. The recommended working dilution for western blotting is 1:500-1:2,000. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
