Perilipin 3 (PLIN3), also called TIP47, is a cytoplasmic protein from the perilipin family that associates with the surface of intracellular lipid droplets and participates in lipid storage and mannose-6-phosphate receptor trafficking. This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com is provided as a 100 µl unconjugated aliquot validated for Western blot detection of the endogenous human PLIN3 protein in cell and tissue lysate samples. The reagent is intended for research investigations of adipocyte differentiation, lipid droplet biogenesis, and membrane trafficking pathways. Aliquot the antibody upon first use and store refrigerated at 4 °C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity across multiple experiments.
