Anti-PLG Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal antibody to Plasminogen (PLG), this unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid preparation validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–300 of human PLG (NP_000292.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. Reactivity has been confirmed in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 125 kDa and a lot-specific concentration. For Western blotting the manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
