Anti-PLEK Antibody

From the Antibodies.com primary antibody range, this rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent is raised against PLEK (pleckstrin) and supplied unconjugated. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–350 of human PLEK (NP_002655.2). The antibody is validated for Western blot and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

It is provided in liquid form, with a stated molecular weight of 40 kDa, and formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is suggested. One scientific validation image is available.
