Anti-PLD2 (phospho-Y169) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against PLD2 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 169. The reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

Immunogen: synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PLD2 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 169. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of PLD2 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr169. Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The predicted molecular weight is approximately 106 kDa.
