Anti-PLCG2 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbits against PLCG2 (phospholipase C gamma 2) and is provided in a 50 µl vial at a working concentration of approximately 1.0 mg/mL. The host species is Rabbit, the clonality is Polyclonal, the isotype is IgG, and the conjugate is Unconjugated, leaving the antibody free for direct labeling or use in standard secondary-detection workflows. The antiserum was generated by immunising rabbits with a recombinant human PLCG2 protein and was subsequently purified by affinity chromatography against the same immunogen. The product is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), supplemented with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. Vials are shipped cold (4 °C) and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored long term at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. By Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the reagent detects endogenous levels of total PLCG2 protein in human and mouse samples, supporting studies of phosphoinositide signalling, B-cell receptor downstream events, and broader haematopoietic signalling research.
