Anti-PLCG2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets phospholipase C gamma 2 (PLCG2). The unconjugated IgG reagent is purified by affinity chromatography and was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human PLC gamma 2 (PLCG2), referenced by NCBI accession NP_002652.2.

The manufacturer supplies the antibody as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with concentration specified per lot. The reported molecular weight of PLCG2 is 175 kDa.

The product is validated for Western blot (WB) and ICC/IF on human and mouse samples, with recommended starting dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:20–1:100 for ICC/IF. The distributor's product listing additionally lists immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) among the applications. For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon delivery; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
