Raised in rabbit as an unconjugated IgG and supplied in a 100 µL vial, the antibody recognizes phospho-Y771 PLCG1 in human, mouse, and rat samples. It is validated for Western blot detection of phosphorylated PLCG1 in lysates from stimulated cells and for immunofluorescence localization of activated PLCG1 in fixed cells and tissue sections. Common uses include time-course studies following EGF or PDGF stimulation, dose-response profiling of tyrosine kinase inhibitors, and comparison of wild-type versus kinase-dead receptor mutants.
