Anti-PLCG1 (Ab-771) Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com range of primary antibodies, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against phospholipase C-gamma-1 (PLCG1) and specifically recognises an epitope in the region of residue 771 (P-D-Y-G-A, amino acids 769–773) of the human protein. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total PLC-g1 and is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified IgG preparation at a concentration of approximately 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume. The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺. The reagent has been validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of PLC-gamma-1 signalling. For short-term use the product can be kept refrigerated, and for longer-term storage it should be aliquoted and frozen to minimise repeated freeze–thaw cycles; as with all affinity-purified polyclonal antibodies, performance is preserved best when handled according to the supplier's recommended storage conditions.
