Anti-PLCB3 (phospho S1105) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region around S1105 of human PLCB3 (NP_000923.1), with the peptide sequence HNSIS. The antibody is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The target protein has a molecular weight of 150 kDa and concentration is lot specific.

For Western blotting, the manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
