Anti-PLCB3 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets Phospholipase C beta 3 (PLCB3). It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The reagent was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1010–1234 of human PLCB3, and the target has a reported molecular weight of 160 kDa.

Validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200, and the product is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The product is intended for research use only.
