Anti-PLCB1 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab185724)

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised against Phospholipase C beta 1 (PLCB1) and is provided unconjugated in liquid form. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples [S1, C0]. It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 917–1216 of human PLCB1 (NP_056007.1) and purified by affinity chromatography [S1]. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 139 kDa [S1].

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC [S1]. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles [S1].
