Anti-PLC γ1 Antibody

This Antibodies.com reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PLC γ1. It is unconjugated, validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from human PLC γ1 around the non-phosphorylation site of Y783, and the PLC γ1 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of PLC γ1 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

Provided as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the reagent has a concentration of 1 mg/mL. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
