Anti-PLC β3 (Phospho-Ser1105) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against PLC β3 phosphorylated at serine 1105. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and ELISA applications, and it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The reagent is supplied unconjugated at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide, 0.5% BSA and 50% glycerol.

The immunogen is a synthesised peptide derived from human PLC β3 around the phosphorylation site of S1105, and the antibody detects endogenous PLC β3 only when phosphorylated at S1105. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
