Anti-PLC γ2 (phospho-Y759) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PLC γ2 when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 759, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human PLC γ2 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 759, and specifically detects endogenous levels of PLC γ2 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr759. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with 1 scientific validation image available.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is ~ 148 kDa. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
