Anti-PLC γ2 (phospho-Y753) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PLC γ2 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 753. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PLC γ2 around the Tyrosine 753 phosphorylation site. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of PLC γ2 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr753, corresponding to a molecular weight of approximately 148 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
