Anti-PLC γ2 (phospho-Y1217) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises PLC γ2 only when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 1217. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB) and has been verified to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PLC γ2 around the phosphorylation site Tyrosine 1217. It specifically detects endogenous levels of PLC γ2 protein when that residue is phosphorylated. The corresponding molecular weight of the target is approximately 148 kDa. Purification was carried out from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
