Description
From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PLC γ2. The host species is rabbit and the reagent is supplied unconjugated. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human PLC γ2 and detects endogenous levels of the target protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kDa.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3.
