Anti-PLC γ2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against phospholipase C beta 2 (PLCβ2), this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, and is validated for Western blot detection of the target in human, mouse, and rat samples. PLCβ2 catalyzes PIP2 hydrolysis into IP3 and DAG downstream of G-protein signaling, particularly in hematopoietic and immune cell contexts, so the antibody supports studies of GPCR-coupled phosphoinositide turnover, neutrophil and B-cell signaling, and downstream calcium mobilization.
