Anti-PLC γ1 (phospho-Y783) Antibody

Specificity is directed against PLC γ1 only when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 783, as demonstrated using a synthetic phosphopeptide immunogen derived from human PLC γ1 surrounding the Tyr783 phosphorylation site. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 155 kDa.
