Anti-PLC γ1 (phospho-Y1253) Antibody

This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody offered by Antibodies.com, raised against PLC γ1 when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 1253. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PLC γ1 surrounding the Tyr1253 phosphorylation site. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It specifically detects endogenous levels of PLC γ1 protein only when the target is phosphorylated at Tyr1253.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. PLC γ1 has a molecular weight of approximately 155 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
