Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting PLC γ1 at the G765 epitope, offered by Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.
The antibody detects endogenous levels of PLC γ1 protein and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 730-780 of the human target. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~155 kDa.
