Anti-PLC β3 (phospho-S537) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PLC β3 phosphorylated at Serine 537 and is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species research.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PLC β3 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 537, ensuring specificity for the phosphorylated form. The antibody detects endogenous levels of PLC β3 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser537 and corresponds to a target protein with a molecular weight of approximately 150 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
