Anti-PLC β2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets Phospholipase C β2 (PLCB2), a key enzyme in phosphoinositide signalling pathways that generates the second messengers diacylglycerol (DAG) and inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP3). The antibody is supplied as 50 µl of liquid at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. Validated for Western Blot (WB) application, it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is recommended for use at a working dilution of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB. The reagent is unconjugated, raised in Rabbit, of polyclonal clonality with an IgG isotype, and has been affinity purified. For short-term use it should be stored at 4 °C; for long-term storage it is recommended at –20 °C in small aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
