A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PLB1, listed by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1110-1415 of human PLB1 (NP_694566.4), and the target has a listed molecular weight of 170 kDa.
The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is provided. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
