Anti-PLAUR Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against PLAUR (uPA Receptor/U-PAR). It is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody has been affinity purified and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications on human, mouse, and rat samples, at a recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:1,000.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 23–305 of human PLAUR (NP_002650.1). The target is reported at a molecular weight of 36–72 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
