Anti-PLAU Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PLAU (also known as uPA). Supplied unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, the reagent is validated for Western blot and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–180 of human PLAU (NP_002649.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight of the target is 49 kDa. For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
