Anti-PLAT Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets tissue-type plasminogen activator (PLAT, also known as t-PA) and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody was raised against a recombinant human PLAT immunogen and affinity-purified on the immunogen to deliver high specificity for the endogenous total PLAT protein. It is provided unconjugated in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol; vials are shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon receipt, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows, with published suggested dilutions of approximately 1:500–1:2000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. Cross-reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples, making the antibody suitable for studies spanning multiple model systems.
