Anti-PLAP Antibody [P16-D] - Identical to Novus (NBP1-30149)

A rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PLAP and is designated clone P16-D. It is validated for immunohistochemistry on both paraffin-embedded and frozen tissue sections, and reacts with human samples. The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form.

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the middle portion of the human PLAP sequence, and the antibody recognises the epitope between Glu238 and Leu250. It is formulated in Tris buffered saline, pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% sodium azide, and is recommended for storage at 4°C. The recommended working dilution for IHC is 1:100–1:200.
