Anti-Plakophilin 2 (P663) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Plakophilin 2 and is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 634–680 of the human protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is unconjugated.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and reactive with human samples, the antibody detects endogenous levels of Plakophilin 2 protein, with a reported molecular weight of approximately 97 kDa. According to the manufacturer, it has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
