Anti-PLA2R1 Antibody

It is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, at a lot-specific concentration. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 870–1130 of human PLA2R1 (NP_031392.3), and the reagent is affinity purified. It is validated for western blotting at a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:1,000 and is also reported for immunohistochemistry, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The product is shipped at 4°C and, after aliquoting, should be stored at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The target's molecular weight is listed as 180 kDa.
