Anti-PLA2G7 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises PLA2G7 and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and is provided unconjugated. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 172–441 of human PLA2G7 (NP_005075.3) and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated for Western blot, the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, and the target has an expected molecular weight of 60 kDa. Concentration is reported as lot-specific. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
