Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Calcium-independent phospholipase A2 (PLA2G6), offered by Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation for research use. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and raised in rabbit. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 537–806 of human PLA2G6 (NP_003551.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 82 kDa. Concentration is lot specific. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified.

Recommended WB dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
