Anti-PLA2G4A Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets PLA2G4A, also known as Cytosolic Phospholipase A2. It is unconjugated, validated for Western blot (WB), and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 550–749 of human PLA2G4A (NP_077734.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 115 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. One scientific validation image supports the product.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
