Anti-PLA2G2A Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PLA2G2A, also referred to as Secretory phospholipase A2, and is unconjugated. The reagent is supplied as a liquid and has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 21-144 of human PLA2G2A (NP_001155201.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 18 kDa. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and has been purified by affinity purification. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:100-1:500 is suggested, supported by one scientific validation image.

The formulation is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
