Anti-PKR (R445) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PKR (R445). It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 410-460 of human PKR, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of PKR protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
