Anti-PKR Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PKR and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA applications. The unconjugated reagent was raised in rabbit and is reactive with human samples, where it detects endogenous levels of PKR protein. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human PKR around the non-phosphorylation site of T258.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and is supplied as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. It is shipped at 4°C and on arrival should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
