Anti-PKP2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Plakophilin 2 (PKP2) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated reagent is of the IgG isotype and has been tested for reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 578–837 of human PKP2 (NP_001005242.2). The target migrates at a molecular weight of 95–105 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific.

For Western blot, the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
